With evenings growing cool and classmates moving into their dorms, summer is taking a step back, allowing fall to slowly creep in. I’m going to miss the warmth of the summer, full of its carefree fun. Fall represents a return to classrooms, dorm rooms, dining halls and a lot of walking. Not that any of that is a bad thing … just a change.
So I’m getting ready to put away the flip-flops, bathing suits and sundresses. Moving scarves, jackets and boots to the front of my wardrobe instead.
Goodbye summer, see you next year!
